The City of Portland has contracted a CodeRED Weather Alert System with a company to notify yourself in emergencies such as tornadoes, evacuations, road conditions, or whatever is deemed necessary. This is a FREE service to residents living inside the city limits of Portland. You can have the message sent to your home phone, cell phone, or text message.
