Thank you to all the Lads and Leaderettes who worked so steadfastly this year to make the 2012 convention so rewarding! The skills and knowledge that each one practiced this year will serve us throughout our lives. There were about fifty young people and several adults involved this year in the different events. The Elders commend each one for their eagerness to spend many hours serving others and improving their talents. No one is too young or too old to participate in Lads to Leaders and Leaderettes and we would like to in-vite everyone.

All of this would not be possible without a large number of parents and adults helping in many different ways and you are to be commended as well. We would like to thank Rusty for his help this year as well as our brethren at Chase Park for giving him the time to finish this work We have a number of men who have stepped up to lead the program in the future and we appreciate their leadership. If you are not familiar with this program and would like to know more, just ask any of the Elders.

Please continue to pray for and encourage this great work….just like anything of value, it doesn’t just happen.
